The following terms are applicable for products purchased directly from our Shopify storefront.

RETURN POLICY

In order to be eligible for a full refund, you must return purchased product(s) within 14 days of receiving the items. If the product is damaged, or if you miss the 14-day return window, you will not be eligible for a full refund.

In order to be eligible for a Full Refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Product was delivered less than 14 days ago
• Product is not used or damaged
• Product includes its original packaging and tags
• Proof of purchase must be provided (order #, confirmation email, etc.)

If the product(s) received are damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and initiate a return. Once we receive the product(s), our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. All refunds will be issued back to the Original Method of Payment used during the transaction.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, assuming that variation is available or in-stock. Orders are eligible for exchange or store credit for 30 days after order has been received. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed. 

In order to be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Product was delivered less than 14 days ago
• Product is not used or damaged
• Product includes its original packaging and tags
• Proof of purchase must be provided (order #, confirmation email, etc.)

Once we receive the product(s), our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange. 

We reserve the right to deny or refuse an exchange. Excessive exchanges-- are not allowed and we will refuse or limit future transactions.
